How Sweet Pea Tours Came to Be
In 1985, Fuzzy, a local lumber jack and his wife, Pony, began transporting people to the Strawberry Park Hot Springs in a 4WD school bus that they bought from a school district in Michigan. Allegedly, the name “Sweet Pea” came from a nickname they called their son.
The name remained even as ownership changed and the company grew. Sweet Pea Tours is the longest, continuously operating company transporting visitors to the Strawberry Park Hot Springs. We have been transporting visitors to Strawberry Hot Springs since 1985.
We offer scheduled or customized, private door-to-door service, picking your party up at your hotel or condo and making the scenic and relaxing drive to the hot springs. We offer large, comfortable shuttles for your group.
